Perforated panel

Today, got an inquiry about stainless steel perforated panel. As it mentioned some special requirement about diameter compare to stainless steel thickness, so consulted with our production department. 

Then i got information such as too small holes is not ok, and the whole size has some relationship with thickness of stainless steel sheet. This kind of production is difficult to match, for the high density property of stainless steel, in another word it is very hard. And it will be deformed during punching. So no every proposal can be achieved during production.
