Mirror art bead blasted is made from mirror base. One film nearly the same size of stainless steel sheets is made, the drawing shape and sizes are customized. Exposure imaging onto silk screen, then print the image onto stainless steel surface. The area need to be Beadblasted without paint and expose outside,so that the surface of the slab is presented with fine sand blasted surface to form a unique decorative pattern effect. Finally, Titanium brown (coffee) color on the whole panels. According to the process requirements, the polishing mirror, bead blasting and PVD tin-brown color are concentrated on the same plate surface for combined processing.
